My career began in office management at “The Lygon Arms” a very high class hotel in the beautiful Cotswold’s of UK, The Lygon Arms had a guest lists of Royalty, Presidents, Dukes & Duchesses. During this time I attended Cheltenham Business College.
Arriving in Australia and continuing with office/reception work at the Flinders Lodge Motel, my first introduction of managing an office was for a med size transport business, from here into the corporate world, where I spent 15 years in 3 major national companies, during this time I obtained my certificate in Credit Management, and Advanced Diploma in Accounting, plus a wealth of experience in manufacturing, and distribution.
After corporate industries started to rationalize, I choose to accept a position with a small manufacturing business which was growing fast & had no systems to cope efficiently. With my manufacturing background this was a great challenge and we soon began implementing strategies. I was hooked, what a satisfying achievement both for the company and myself.
So in 2005 my passion for what I do led me to establish RMT Bookkeeping. The business in July 2013 had a change of trading entity to Rostay Pty Ltd, but we will still be trading as RMT Bookkeeping. Our mission statement has not changed and is still based on passion, honesty, service, competency, reliability.
We do, what we do well, allow us to bring our expertise into your business in order for you to do what you do well, which in turn will build successful South Australian businesses.
